Ticket Office Location
There are two separate locations for the Seattle Opera Ticket Office:
Administrative Ticket Office
1020 John Street
Look for the "Seattle Opera Building Parking" sign next to the 13 Coins Restaurant parking lot. When you turn on John Street (toward the Space Needle), you will see another sign reading "Entrance for Seattle Opera Ticket Sales & Visitors" directing you to a rooftop parking lot. There is visitor parking on the right; Seattle Opera's Ticket Office is located one level below below this lot.
Marion Oliver McCaw Hall Box Office
321 Mercer Street
The Ticket Office at McCaw Hall is located inside the building, directly through the main entrance off Mercer Street. This Ticket Office is open ONLY on performance days, two hours prior to showtime (5:30pm for evening performances beginning at 7:30pm, and 12:00pm for Sunday matinees beginning at 2:00pm).

9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Wednesdays, the Ticket Office opens at 9:30 a.m.
With additional hours on main stage performance days as follows (additional hours do not apply to Young Artists Performance dates):
Weekday performance days: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Wednesdays 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
Saturday performance days: noon - 4:00 p.m.
